Antioxidant Juice

Serves 2

Ingredients

  • 1 grapefruit
  • 1 orange
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 red capsicum
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 small beetroot
  • 2cm piece of ginger
  • ΒΌ red cabbage

Method

  1. Wash, trim and chop ingredients and put through the juicer.
  2. Leave 50% of the skin on the citrus fruit, as this is highest in bioflavonoids.

Tip

Freeze half in a glass jar to retain the nutrients, and enjoy on another day.
