Apple and Pecan Porridge

Serves 1

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup oats
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • ¼ cup pecans, chopped
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 small apple, cored and diced
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¾ cup coconut milk

Method

  1. Add all ingredients in a saucepan on medium heat, stirring until the oats have soaked up all the coconut milk and it is nice and creamy.
  2. Serve warm.
