Blueberry Spinach Smoothie

Serves 2

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup natural or Greek yoghurt
  • 1 ripe banana
  • ½ cup frozen or fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • ½ cup milk of choice or water
  • 1 tbsp Ultimate Superfood powder

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in blender, and blend until smooth. Add more milk if needed to reach desired consistency.
  2. Pour into two glasses and drink immediately.
