Zesty Lemon and Thyme Pudding

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup quinoa flakes
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • ¼ cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp ground thyme
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 2 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tsp freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Allow to soak for 2 hours or overnight.
  3. Enjoy!
