Paprika Popped Amaranth
- 2 tbsp amaranth
- Pinch salt
- Pinch paprika
- Place a deep pot on the stove on high heat. Test that the pan is very hot by placing a drop of water in the pan and waiting for the sizzle.
- Once the pan is hot, amaranth in the pot, stirring continuously for a couple of minutes until the majority of the amaranth is popped- like popcorn.
- Transfer to a bowl and sprinkle with salt and paprika.
