Garlic Roasted Chickpeas

Serves 3


  • 1 cup chickpeas, soaked overnight
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika


  1. Preheat oven to 180°C and line a baking tray.
  2. In a bowl, mix the chickpeas, garlic, oil and paprika until well coated.
  3. Spread the chickpeas on a baking tray and bake for about 40 minutes, or until crisp.
