Passionfruit Avocado Mousse

Serves 2


  • 1 avocado, skinned and pitted
  • ½ lime, juice
  • 1 tsp honey
  • ¼ cup coconut cream
  • 2 passionfruit, flesh


  1. In a blender or a food processor, blend the avocado, lime, honey and coconut until thick and creamy.
  2. Stir the passionfruit flesh through the avocado mousse.


Freeze the avocado flesh prior to blending for a chilled, thick mousse.
