Raspberry Coconut Chia Pudding

Serves 1


  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • ¼ cup fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 1 tsp honey or ¼ tsp Nature Sweet Sugar Substitute


  1. Mix all ingredients and pour into a glass jar, airtight container or a small bowl.
  2. Allow to set in the fridge for at least two hours, or overnight.
