Spiced Cherry Bliss Balls

Makes approximately 12 balls

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 6 dried figs
  • 1 cup macadamia nuts
  • 1 cup tart dried cherries

Method

  1. Place figs, macadamias, chia seeds and cherries in a food processor and blend until well combined. Add in the vanilla, ginger, cinnamon, coconut oil and salt.
  2. Roll into balls and store into an airtight container.
  3. Enjoy 1-2 balls as a snack.
