Deviled Eggs

Serves 1


  • 2 eggs, hard boiled
  • ½ tsp curry powder or paste
  • 1 tbsp chives
  • Sea salt and cracked pepper to taste


  1. Remove the shell from the eggs and slice in half.
  2. Scoop out the yolk and mix with curry and chives.
  3. Spoon mixture back into egg whites.
