PB Breakfast Quinoa

Serves 1


  • ½ cup cooked quinoa
  • 1 tbsp natural peanut butter or almond butter
  • 2 heaped tbsp natural or Greek yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp almond, coconut or full-fat dairy milk
  • ½ cup berries of your choice (optional)


  1. In a small saucepan, combine quinoa, peanut butter and yoghurt. Heat until just warm.
  2. Transfer to a bowl and top with berries.
