PB Breakfast Quinoa
- ½ cup cooked quinoa
- 1 tbsp natural peanut butter or almond butter
- 2 heaped tbsp natural or Greek yoghurt
- 2 tbsp almond, coconut or full-fat dairy milk
- ½ cup berries of your choice (optional)
- In a small saucepan, combine quinoa, peanut butter and yoghurt. Heat until just warm.
- Transfer to a bowl and top with berries.
