Turkey and Avocado Wrap

Serves 1


  • ½ ripe avocado
  • 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 large whole-grain tortilla
  • 100g turkey breast
  • 1 large Roma tomato
  • 1 cup lettuce or spinach leaves
  • Sea salt and cracked black pepper to taste


  1. Lay tortilla on flat surface, spread with avocado, layer on turkey, tomato slices and greens.
  2. Roll, serve or wrap in cling wrap or aluminium foil for transport.
  3. Keep refrigerated or well chilled in esky. Consume within a few hours for maximum freshness.
