Turkey and Avocado Wrap
- ½ ripe avocado
- 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 large whole-grain tortilla
- 100g turkey breast
- 1 large Roma tomato
- 1 cup lettuce or spinach leaves
- Sea salt and cracked black pepper to taste
- Lay tortilla on flat surface, spread with avocado, layer on turkey, tomato slices and greens.
- Roll, serve or wrap in cling wrap or aluminium foil for transport.
- Keep refrigerated or well chilled in esky. Consume within a few hours for maximum freshness.
